He has worked with leading brands like Xiaomi, Jio, and Google YouTube, and has built India’s largest freelancing network, empowering thousands of professionals and MSMEs through innovative tech platforms.

It gives me a great pleasure to introduce our Institute, Sangamner Medical Foundation And Research Institute, Sangamner Vamanrao Ithape D. Pharmacy College, Sangamner established in 2006 with an intake capacity of 60 for Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy) students. We have a vision to become a leading center of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Our focus is to achieve this commitment to you by bringing in the philosophy that industry and education must co-exist while knowledge and experience will continuously and dynamically keep the students performing at the peak level, in present and in future. The institute has a state of the art infrastructure, well equipped modern and spacious laboratories, highly qualified experienced faculty, well stocked Library, Hostel and Canteen facility.

With over two decades of extensive cross-functional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I bring a wealth of expertise spanning various critical domains, including Research, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, gained from renowned pharmaceutical multinationals. My strong foundation encompasses Quality Management Systems (QMS), Data Integrity, Method Development and Validation, Process Validation, Regulatory responses, Cleaning Validation, Nitrosamines and NDSRIs, Stability Studies, CSV, and Audit and Compliance.

Throughout my career, I've accumulated hands-on experience in diverse dosage forms, covering oral, topical, inhalation, and parenteral applications, along with a deep understanding of both regulatory requirements and the intricacies of technology transfer processes I have had the privilege of contributing my expertise to esteemed pharmaceutical organizations, including Dr. Reddy's, Apotex, USV, Glenmark, and several others.

In the last four years, my journey in the pharmaceutical field has taken an exciting turn with the establishment of the Pharma Growth Hub. Here, I've embarked on a new endeavor by providing tailored coaching services to pharmaceutical professionals.
