Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing courses from Knowlexa. We are committed to ensuring that our learners have a valuable and rewarding experience while they explore, enroll in, and complete our training programs—whether instructor-led, self-paced, or in collaboration with universities.
As with any online purchase, certain terms and conditions govern our refund process. By purchasing a course from Knowlexa, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.
1. Refund Policy for Self-Paced Learning
To be eligible for a refund for self-paced learning courses, you must:
Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course.
Have consumed less than 25% of the video-learning content.
Not have requested any exam voucher, kit, or other course-related material.
Note: If any of these conditions are not met, your refund request will be declined.
2. Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Training
To be eligible for a refund for instructor-led courses, you must:
Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing your course.
Have consumed less than 25% of the video-learning content.
Have attended no more than one (1) live online class.
Not have requested any exam voucher, kit, or other course-related material.
Note: Refund requests that do not meet all of these requirements will not be approved.
3. Refund Policy for University-Partnered Programs / Bootcamps
To qualify for a refund for university-collaborated programs or bootcamps:
Submit your refund request within 7 days from the start date of the regular class (live or recorded), whether attended or not.
Important:
For instructor-led training and university-partnered programs, Knowlexa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class/session due to unavoidable circumstances.
In such cases, we will reschedule the cancelled class/session at no extra cost to the learner.
4. Cancellation & Refunds for Special Programs
For select certification programs, to qualify for a refund you must:
Not have attended any classes.
Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
Refund requests can be initiated in two ways:
From the "My Orders" section on our website by selecting "Initiate Refund" for the relevant course (for single course purchases).
If multiple courses were purchased in a single order, contact our support team via the Help & Support section on the Knowlexa website.
5. Refunds for Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, we will process the refund via the same payment method used for the original transaction within 10 working days after receiving your refund request.
6. Policy Updates
Knowlexa reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
