About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct admissions conversations and manage leads efficiently
2. Achieve targets, prepare reports, and coordinate internally to meet goals across test registrations, offer-to-acceptance conversions, refunds, and overall enrollment numbers
3. Enhance the parent-student experience by implementing improvements and addressing concerns

1. 1+ years of experience in admissions, sales or high-interaction roles in ed-tech companies (counselling, customer-facing roles) is mandatory

3. MBA from a Tier-1 college or university is a plus
4. Experience in working at study-abroad consultancies is a plus
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
