5. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed strictly by Knowlexa’s Refund Policy.
Eligibility for refunds depends on factors such as:

  • Time elapsed since purchase

  • Content consumption

  • Attendance in live sessions

  • Request for exam vouchers or course materials

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

7. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If a duplicate or excess payment is made due to technical issues or user error:

  • Knowlexa will verify the transaction.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days from confirmation.

8. Subscriptions and Installments (If Applicable)

For courses offered through subscriptions or installment plans:

  • You agree to pay all applicable recurring or scheduled charges.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of course access.
